专利说明:

20 25 30 535 624 2 Figure 1 shows a mounting box according to the invention seen obliquely from above mounted in the conduit and the mounting box consists of two dose modules.
Figure 2 shows the same as Figure 1, except that the end wall of the mounting box is shown separately raised and the mounting box has three dose modules.
Figure 3 shows the same mounting box in a situation where two dose modules are mounted at a distance from each other in the conduit and a third dose module is pressed down from above between them, whereby one mounting box consisting of three interconnected dose modules is formed.
The mounting box according to the invention is formed by mutually identical dose modules 2, the opposite ends of which have connecting means 11, 12 with which the dose modules can be connected in a form-fitting manner so that a mounting box is formed with a desired number of dose modules 2. The connection members 11, 12 are described approaches below. Each dose module 2 has a bottom 3, two opposite side walls 4, mounting projections 5, 6 projecting from the bottom and / or the side walls, to which the electrical devices can be attached and gripping projections 7, 8 arranged in the upper edges of the side walls, with which the mounting box or each individual dose module can be attached to the edges of the cable duct 1. Typical electrical appliances that can be attached to the mounting box are connection boxes, switches, pushbuttons and controls, which are used in the distribution of electricity and its control in offices, homes and other room spaces. The mounting box is also suitable for various low-voltage devices, which are used for telecommunications and data transmission.
The embodiment shown in the gripping projections 7, 8 has wedge-like projecting projections 7, the upper sides of which snap into the underside of the fastening channel 17 of the pipe channel 1, when the mounting box 2 is pushed into the pipe channel. Arranged in the upper edges of the side walls 4, which are arranged at a small distance from the upper sides of the visible projections 7, end up on top of the gutter 17. The gutter 17 thus ends up between the gripping projections 7, 8. This holding is still not sufficient to prevent the box from sliding along the conduit, as the can is mounted in a vertical conduit. In order to prevent such sliding, special locking means have been provided according to the invention, as described later.
At the end of at least one dose module, but preferably in each dose module 2, a separate, removable end wall 10 can be attached. The dose module 2 and the end wall 10 have interlocking fastening means 11, 12; 11 ', 12' and 13, 14, 15. These fastening means consist first of said connecting means 11, 12 and counter-connecting means 11 ', 12' arranged in the edges of the end wall 10. In the case shown, the counter-connecting means consist of vertical projections 11 'and 12', which engage in the connecting projections 11, 12 in the end corners of the dose module 2, which profiles are also vertical, whereby the end wall can be displaced in its planar direction from above in place at the end of the dose module. The connection coils 11, 12 in the form of vertical columns also function as connection means for the dose modules when the dose modules are connected one after the other. On the other hand, said fastening means also comprise a ring 14 arranged in the end wall 10 and a screw 13 extending through it, which engages in the screw channel 15 of the dose module 2. desired frictional force at the gutter-shaped edge profile 17 of the cable duct 1.
In the case shown, the locking means 16 has cam-like projections extending from the upper corner of the end wall 10 towards the bottom of the conduit 1 at a small distance from the edges of the end wall. The cam-like projections 16 are dimensioned to engage in the gutter-shaped edge profile 17 of the conduit channel depending on the depth of the gutter so that either the end of the locking projection 16 engages against the bottom of the gutter or the groove of the groove 16 adjacent the locking projection 16 engages the edge profile gutter 17. The cam-shaped molding 16 thus enables a frictional attachment to the different edge profiles 17 of the conduit 1.
The connection coils 11, 12 are preferably open at both ends, whereby a dose module 2 can be inserted in both sides of a dose module in the conduit. This enables the connection of the dose module shown in Figure 3 between two dose modules attached to the line channel.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the connection profiles 11 and 11 or 12 and 12 in the diagonally opposite corners of each dose module 2 are the same, but the connection profiles 11 and 12 in the same end corner are different from each other. In this case, dose modules can be assembled into a mounting box regardless of the direction of the dose modules, ie. the dose module 2 any end can be connected to another dose module any end.
One corner at one end of the dose module 2 has H- or T-shaped column profiles 11 and the opposite corners of the same end have J- or C-shaped ones. pillar profiles 12. Correspondingly, an H- or T-shaped connection profile 11 'has been arranged in one edge of the end wall and a J- or C-shaped connection profile 12' in the other edge.
Extending projections 19 extending beyond the edge plane of the conduit wall 1 have been arranged outside the edge plane of the conduit channel 1, which acts as a limiter for the lid of the conduit 1, and forms the required (3 mm) creep distance between the electrical appliance and the lid of the metallic conduit.
The boundary projections 19 form extensions to the vertical support pillars of the end wall 10, which projections extend at least to the level of the top of the conduit channel locks (not shown) and whose width in the direction of the conduit channel is at least the required creep distance 3 mm.
